Customer service is at the core of tastyworks’ success. Users often need help adjusting their investments, and they are especially sensitive when they do since their actual money is at stake. We created a video series highlighting members of the brokerage team so that users could get to know them and were reminded that real people with individual personalities were there to help. These ran on the tastytrade network as bumps and across social media channels.
